Filter sends by template, list, status and date

The Export tab carries five filters: Şablon, Data Listesi, Sonuç, plus a start and an end date. The count card recalculates after every change.

Short answer

Filters run over campaign recipients, which means delivery results rather than list membership. About half a second after each change the count card recalculates and gives two numbers: unique phone numbers, and total records including repeats. Every filter you set also sits under the card as a chip. When the result reaches zero, the CSV, Excel and Liste Oluştur buttons all turn grey together.

At least one bulk send, because the filters read campaign recipients only
The template name, list name or date range you want to narrow to

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Find the Filtreler card on the Export tab

Open Veri Yönetimi (Data Management) in the left menu, then switch to the "Export" tab. Scroll down to the card headed "Filtreler".

Set the filters one at a time

Pick a value in the "Şablon" and "Data Listesi" dropdowns. Choose a delivery result under "Sonuç (teslim durumu)", such as Okundu, Teslim edildi or Başarısız. Fill in the start and end date boxes.

Watch both numbers on the count card

The large figure counts unique numbers; the line under it counts total records with repeats. Confirm the chips under "Aktif filtreler" match exactly what you selected.

If it did not work

Check these

"Filtreye uyan kayıt yok — export için filtreleri gevşetin." means the selection is too narrow. Click the x on one chip to drop that filter.
"Filtre geçersiz. Tarih aralığını kontrol edin." usually comes from an end date that falls before the start date. Correct the dates and pick them again.
A spinner on the count card means the total is still being calculated. CSV, Excel and Liste Oluştur stay disabled until it finishes, so wait a few seconds.
