Why Chat Oversight has no notes or @ mentions

Chat Oversight is read-only: there is no note box and no @ mention on that screen. To leave an internal note, use the İç Not button in the inbox.

Short answer

The Chat Oversight screen is for reading only: it has no note box and you cannot call a teammate with @ there. On that screen the way to alert your team is the Görüldü button on an Attention Queue row. To leave an internal note on a chat, use the İç Not button in the inbox — /en/help/internal-notes-and-mentions shows how.

The Sohbet Gözetimi item in the left menu; this screen has no plan gate
A sign-in with your own user account
A row that is still new; the button appears only on an unmarked row

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Open Sohbet Gözetimi

Open it from the left menu; the Dikkat Kuyruğu tab opens by itself.

Narrow down to the chat you want

Filter with the Sinyal and Hat dropdowns.

Read the transcript

Press Sohbeti aç, read the conversation and close the drawer with ESC.

Press Görüldü on the row

The button sits at the right of the row.

Check that the Görüldü badge appears

The purple Yeni dot disappears and the text beside the badge is the marking account's id.

Check these

The drawer holds no note field, no reply box and no @ mention. The queue runs forward only, so chats older than the first page load are never listed.
"Bu sohbete yeni mesaj geldi" means the customer wrote again. Read the last message, then mark the row once more.
The yellow "Bu kaydı başka biri az önce işaretlemiş." notice says a teammate took the row first. Look at the account id on the badge.
If you see "İşaretlenemedi.", press the Yenile button at the top of the page. Send us the error text unchanged when the badge still does not appear.
