Download analysis results as CSV
Set your filters first, then press the CSV download button. The file carries every matching record, not just the rows drawn in the table.
The export pulls the full list from the server, capped at 5000 rows. It has ten columns: customer, type, label, priority score, AI confidence in percent, agent, line, last message, status and AI rationale. Fields are separated by semicolons and the file carries a UTF-8 byte order mark, chosen for Turkish Excel installs. Customer names and personal data fields stay masked in the file.
Before you start
- Access to Conversation Analysis, with the scope you want already set in the filter bar
- A browser that is allowed to download files; the file is saved on your own computer
- A spreadsheet program that reads semicolon-separated files
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Narrow the scope with the filter bar
Set the date, agent and line choices on the Conversation Analysis screen. The file follows exactly this filter set.
Press the "CSV indir" button
Click "CSV indir" in the filter bar. The button stays disabled while it reads "Hazırlanıyor…", and the browser starts the download once the file is ready.
Compare the row count in the notice with the file
A notice at the bottom reports the downloaded row count. The file name starts with konusma-analizi and carries the company number and the download date. Open it: a truncation note on the first line means the export stopped at 5000 rows.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A first line starting "# Dışa aktarma" means you hit the 5000-row cap. Shorten the date range and export the period in pieces.
- If the export fails with code [INV-AS-006], press the button again. When it keeps failing, retry with a narrow date range.
- The file may hold more rows than the table. The table draws at most 150 rows, while the file takes matching lead and risk records up to the 5000-row cap.
