Manually complete an order entered in Ticimax
After entering the order in Ticimax, open its Chatinbox record, enter the Ticimax order number, and select Complete manually.

Step by step
Open Order Approvals
Go to Order Approvals from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.

Check the result
Confirm that the Chatinbox record changes to Completed and shows the entered order number.
