Step by step
Open Settings → Follow-up Sequences
Go to Settings → Follow-up Sequences from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Create and activate a follow-up sequence
Select New sequence, name it, and choose the start condition. Add at least one follow-up stage before activating.
Check the result
Confirm that the sequence is Active and its start condition appears on the summary card.
