Create and activate a follow-up sequence
Enter the slug, the stages and the A/B share, then tick "Sequence aktif". The editor holds one sequence, five stages and 30 days at most.
This page defines the follow-up chain sent to a lead who stopped replying. There is no new-sequence button: the screen edits the tenant's single sequence and creates it on your first save. The slider sets the drip share, and the remainder goes to the control group.
Before you start
- A tenant login that can open Ayarlar > Temel Bilgiler
- A template slug per stage; it starts lowercase and takes a-z, 0-9, hyphen or underscore
- Stage delays adding up to 30 days or less, across five stages at most
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Follow-Up Sequence editor
Scroll down the Ayarlar > Temel Bilgiler page. Follow the "Follow-Up Sequence Editor" link.
Enter the slug, the stages and the split
Type a lowercase name into Sequence Slug, for example post-roadshow. Give every row of the Stages table a delay in days and a template slug. Use the "+ Stage ekle" link for another row. Set the drip share with the slider, then tick "Sequence aktif (enabled)".
Verify the stage count and total delay in the summary
Press Kaydet and wait for the green "Kaydedildi." box. The summary left of the button reads like "3 stage · toplam delay: 12 gün · A/B 50%/50%".

Check these
- A red box after Kaydet names the reason. The three common ones are slug shape, an empty stage list and a total delay above 30 days.
- "Çap aşımı: kümülatif pencere max 30" under a stage means the running total broke the limit, not that one stage. Lower the delay on an earlier stage.
- An amber "TEST MODE aktif" banner at the top means delays count as minutes, not days. Ask for that mode to be switched off before you go live.
