Step by step
Open Projects → Report
Go to Projects → Report from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Read statuses in the send report
Select a send run and read Pending, Sent, Delivered, Read or Failed on each recipient row.
Check the result
Confirm that status totals and recipient rows belong to the same send run.
