Read statuses in the send report
The report icon opens the per-recipient send report. The badges on top and the row statuses show the current spread, not a running total.
The report opens on the latest run; pick another one, or “Tüm gönderimler”, from the dropdown. The Toplam, Gönderildi, İletildi, Okundu, Başarısız and Belirsiz badges are a summary and a filter at once. Numbers never accumulate. Once a message is read it leaves Gönderildi for Okundu, and selecting a row's error cell opens the Meta code with a plain explanation.
Before you start
- The project needs at least one finished or running send; with no run the report opens empty.
- The live status lookup needs the provider query permission on your account; without it the step is skipped silently and the table still refreshes from the database.
- To read an error explanation, the row's Hata cell must hold a provider message.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Gönderim Raporu from the project row
Open Projeler from the left menu. Select the chart icon on the row. The “Gönderim Raporu” panel slides in from the right with the latest run already selected.
Pick a run and read the status badges
Choose the run you want from the dropdown at the left of the filter bar. Look at Toplam, Gönderildi, İletildi, Okundu, Başarısız and Belirsiz. Select one badge and the table narrows to that status alone.
Verify one number's badge and timestamps
Find the number through the search box. Read its status badge and the Gönderim, İletildi and Okundu timestamps. On a failed row, select the Hata cell to open the cause and the suggested fix.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- “Bu filtreye uygun kayıt yok.” means a status filter or a phone search is still applied. Clear both of them.
- If the statuses look stale, select the Yenile icon; the table refreshes and a “N / M kayıt güncellendi.” note appears.
- Belirsiz is not a failure but an unresolved outcome. It counts with the failed rows in the bulk resend badge.
