Read the Genel Bakış cards in Konuşma Analizi
On Genel Bakış the top four cards show what needs action today, while the six below are period totals. Card counts and table rows differ on purpose.
The page splits into two card layers. The top four cards carry today's work. Clicking any of the first three opens the Riskli Konuşmalar tab. The six compact cards below are totals for the period, and each conversation is counted once.
Before you start
- Konuşma Analizi enabled for your company
- A period the analysis run has covered
- The same Tarih, Temsilci and Hat filters if you compare two periods
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Genel Bakış tab
Open Konuşma Analizi from the left menu and choose Genel Bakış on the tab bar.
Set the date selector
Your choice applies to the cards and the table together.
Use the risk cards on top
Click a risk card; the panel moves to the Riskli Konuşmalar tab.
Read the lower cards as period totals
The small line under each card states what that card counts.
Read the run chip at the top right
The chip carries the last run date; a stale one means the cards are out of date.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A card number can exceed the rows in the Son Konuşmalar table. Cards are period totals, while the table lists the 10 newest records.
- If a record you expected is missing, tick the "Tamamlananları göster" box. The default view carries open work only.
- If text ending in [INV-AS-001] replaces the table, press "Tekrar dene". Give the text to your system administrator if it persists.
- When the chip reports a stale run, ask for a fresh one before deciding anything.
