Return a human-owned conversation to the bot
A chat closed to the bot never reopens by itself. Open Bot Kontrol from the link at the bottom of the Hatlar page and hand the chat back there.
Once a chat is handed to a human, the bot stays silent in it. That silence is permanent; no timer gives the chat back. The hand-back button lives on the Bot Kontrol page, in the card named Size devredilmiş sohbetler, not in Sohbet Gözetimi. Return the chat the day the topic closes.
Before you start
- The Bot Kontrol page: it is not in the left menu, you reach it from the link at the bottom of Hatlar
- The chat listed in the Size devredilmiş sohbetler card
- A finished topic, because the bot starts answering again the moment you hand the chat back
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Bot Kontrol from the Hatlar page
Go to Hatlar in the left menu. Click the Bot Kontrol link in the note at the foot of the page.
Press Bota geri ver on the matching row
Find the phone number in the Size devredilmiş sohbetler card. The line under it gives the reason and the wait: İnsana devredildi · 12 dk önce · Hat 3. Match the number, then press Bota geri ver.
Watch the row leave the card
A successful hand-back removes the row and drops the counter beside the card title by one. When the card runs empty it reads Şu anda size devredilmiş sohbet yok.

Check these
- Do not hunt for this button in Dikkat Kuyruğu; those rows carry only Görüldü and Sohbeti aç. The Sinyal filter shows you which chats went to a human, but the hand-back stays on Bot Kontrol.
- A warning ending in sohbet HÂLÂ bota kapalı means nothing was written. Press Yenile, then press the button again on the row that is still listed.
- The line Bazı bilgiler yüklenemedi means part of the data failed to load. Reload with Yenile before you trust the counter.
