View ownership status in Bot Conversations

The owner column carries three chips: with the bot, with a person, and closed. A chip reports the state right now, not the history, and never moves the queue.

Short answer

The table lists conversations the bot has answered, so a chat the bot never touched has no row here. A chip reading with a person means the conversation was handed off and the bot stays quiet there. Closed means the chat has been silent past the threshold. Both chips can sit on the same row.

This page also exists in Turkish with the same scope: Türkçe okuyun

Before you start

  • At least one bot reply on the line you are checking
  • Measurement started; this list shares the queue window
  • Access to the Conversation Supervision screen

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Switch to the Bot Conversations tab

Open Conversation Supervision and pick the Bot Conversations tab. The table has six columns, and the owner column is the last one.

Read the chips in the owner column

Read whether each row sits with the bot or with a person. Rows that have been quiet for a long time carry a closed chip as well.

Compare the chip with the note under the table

Read the note under the table. It reads with a person as a handoff, and closed as a long silence. Elapsed time in the last activity column backs that up.

If it did not work

Check these

  • An empty table says the bot has not replied yet. Check the bot setting for that line on the Lines page.
  • A conversation stuck with a person means the bot will not speak there again. Open the Bot Control link at the bottom of the Lines page and hand the chat back to the bot.
  • If the list fails to load, press Refresh in the top right. Reload the page when the badge time still refuses to move.

Does this step look different in your panel?

We can review the screen and exact error text together.
