Create a flow with AI Flow Wizard
Press AI ile Oluştur in Flow Builder, describe the job of the bot in your own words and answer its questions. The editor opens once the draft is ready.
The wizard builds the nodes itself out of what you write. The conversation runs both ways: it asks, and you either press one of its option buttons or type an answer of your own. The right column shows the structure as it grows. What comes out is an inactive flow, so read every step in the editor before you switch it on.
Before you start
- Flow Builder visible in the left menu.
- Which questions the bot has to answer, and the point at which it hands over to an agent.
- A name for the flow; an empty Akış adı field saves the record as AI Akışı.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the wizard
Open Flow Builder from the left menu. Press AI ile Oluştur at the top right. With an empty list, that same button reads AI ile Başlat and sits in the middle of the screen.
Describe the flow and answer the questions
Write the job of the bot in the box at the bottom. Press one of the option buttons it offers; type your own answer when none of them fits. Fill in the Akış adı field above as well.
Watch the nodes appear in the preview on the right
While empty, the column reads "AI akış yapısı oluşturduğunda burada ön izleme görünecek". Once nodes appear the flow is created and the editor opens; press Akışı Oluştur if it does not.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- "Wizard başlatılamadı" asks for a fresh start. Reload the page and press AI ile Oluştur again.
- "Sunucu bağlantısı kesildi" means your last message never left. Send the same message once more.
- A red box reading "AI hatası" means the request did not finish. Shorten it and write it again in one sentence.
