New Flow Builder and Knowledge Base are live. What changed

Set the Start node and pick a WhatsApp line

Select the Başlangıç (Start) node, then tick the WhatsApp lines that feed this flow in the Hatlar list. Tick nothing and every line uses the flow.

Short answer

The Başlangıç node is the single entry point of a flow and cannot be deleted. The Hatlar list decides which lines feed it. Leave the list empty and every line on the account will use this flow instead. Nothing applies until you save; the editor has no auto-save.

This page also exists in Turkish with the same scope: Türkçe okuyun

Before you start

  • A flow open in the editor with its Başlangıç node on the canvas.
  • WapCRM lines loaded from the Ayarlar page; an empty list leaves nothing to tick.
  • A decision about which flow owns the line; the panel names the other flow using it.

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Select the Başlangıç node

Open the flow from the Flow Builder list. Click the Başlangıç node on the canvas. The property panel opens on the right and shows the Hatlar list.

Tick the lines and save

Tick the lines that should feed this flow under the Hatlar heading. Each line name carries a WhatsApp, Web or SMS label. Save with Ctrl+S.

Check the Atanan Hat column

Read how many lines the node card now reports as selected. Go back to the Flow Builder list. The Atanan Hat column names the line you ticked.

If it did not work

Check these

  • A note reading Hat seçimi için Ayarlar sayfasından WapCRM hatlarını yükleyin means no line is defined for the account. Load the lines from the Ayarlar page.
  • Another flow name printed under a line means that line already belongs to it. Clear the tick in the other flow first.
  • Leaving without saving drops the selection. Choose Kaydet ve Çık in the Kaydedilmemiş Değişiklikler dialog.

Does this step look different in your panel?
