Restore a previous bot-message version
The Geri al (Undo) button on a Bot Mesajları card switches back to the previous saved version in one click. No version list appears.
Geri al (Undo) shows up only on templates you have saved before. One click, one step back: the previous version becomes active and the current text drops into history. No dialog asks you to pick a date or a version. The change reaches the server straight away, so you do not press Kaydet afterwards.
Before you start
- A template saved at least once, since a card with no history never draws the Geri al button
- No draft you still want on that card, because Geri al discards it
- Access to the Bot Mesajları screen (a closed plan shows a warning card instead)
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Find Geri al on the template card
Open Bot Mesajları from the left menu. A Geri al (Undo) button in the top right of a card means that template has saved history. No button means there is nothing to step back to.
Press Geri al once
Click the button. Nothing asks you to confirm; the request goes to the server and any unsaved draft on that card is dropped. The boxes lock while the request runs.
Read the previous wording back in the boxes
The message boxes refill with the earlier text and the preview bubbles follow it. No “kaydedildi” badge lights up for this action, so confirm it by reading the box itself.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- No Geri al button means that template has never been saved. History only builds up as you save.
- A failed undo prints “Geri alınamadı” or the server's own message under the card. The text is unchanged, so press the button again.
- If the wording that came back is not the one you wanted, type the right text yourself and press Kaydet. The screen offers no dated version list.
Does this step look different in your panel?
