Delete a record or a list
One record needs two clicks: the bin icon, then the Emin misin? prompt. A whole list goes from the bin in the Listeler table and cannot be undone.
The two delete paths do not behave alike. On a record, the bin icon turns into an "Emin misin?" prompt that disarms itself after three seconds. On a list, the browser's own confirm box opens and names the list. Both removals are permanent.
Before you start
- For a single record, a list with the status Hazır; on any other status the row delete column is not drawn
- The name of the list you mean to remove, since the confirm box shows it
- The Listeler tab enabled on your account
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Go to the right delete surface
Open Veri Yönetimi (Data Management) in the left menu and stay on the Listeler tab. For one record, double-click the list row to open its records window. For a whole list, stay on the Listeler table.
Press the bin icon, then confirm a second time
For a record, press the bin on its row and click the "Emin misin?" prompt that replaces it. For a list, press the bin in the "İşlem" column and accept the browser confirm.
Read the counters that changed
After a record delete, the "N kayıt" figure at the top of the window drops by one and the row goes. After a list delete, that row leaves the Listeler table. Confirm whichever applies before you close the screen.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The "Emin misin?" prompt clears itself after three seconds. Press the bin again and click the prompt straight away.
- "Kayıt bulunamadı (başka bir kullanıcı silmiş olabilir). Liste yenilendi." means someone removed the record first. The list refreshes itself; reopen the window only if the row is still showing.
- "Liste silinemedi" means the server refused the delete. Reload the page and try once more; if it repeats, send the exact message to the Chatinbox team.
