Step by step
Open Knowledge Base → Website source
Go to Knowledge Base → Website source from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Add a website as a knowledge source
Select Add source, enter a public starting URL, and set the crawl scope. Do not add a page that requires sign-in or is not yours.
Check the result
Confirm that the source completes and reports more than zero discovered pages.
