Handle a price-change warning
If the live price differs from the quoted one, a "Fiyat degisti" box opens when you approve. Compare the two amounts and pick one option.
The box opens on its own because the server refused the approval over a price gap. You see two lines: "Teklif edilen" and "Guncel fiyat". "Yeni fiyatla gonder" places the order at the current amount and sends the link. Choose "Vazgec" and the record stays in Onay Bekliyor, with nothing sent to the customer.
Before you start
- The Order Approvals page, opened from the Siparişler tab of Sohbet Gözetimi.
- A record in Onay Bekliyor status and an approval attempt, because the box appears only after one.
- A single-line basket. Multi-line baskets have no bulk "Yeni fiyatla gonder" button.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the record and press the approve icon
Open the Siparişler tab in Sohbet Gözetimi and follow the "Karar ver" link on the row. Find the record in the Order Approvals list. Press the green tick icon; the box opens straight away when the live price differs from the quote.
Compare the two amounts and pick one of the three options
The box stacks "Teklif edilen" above "Guncel fiyat". Press "Yeni fiyatla gonder" once you know the customer accepts the difference, and check the conversation first if you do not. Move to the "Reddet" note box when they refuse. Choose "Vazgec" to postpone, and the record stays where it is.
Verify that the amount on the card matches the live price
If you sent it at the new price, the amount on the row now equals the live figure from the box and the badge moves to Onaylandı. If you cancelled, neither the amount nor the badge changes.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If no box opens but an amber band appears, something else blocked the approval. Read that sentence: it points either to missing delivery details or to product validation.
- On a multi-line basket you get a warning that no bulk price acceptance exists. Have the bot revise the basket, or reject the request.
- The approval can still fail after "Yeni fiyatla gonder" if the row changed on screen. Press Yenile, read the current basket, and decide again.
