Use semi-automatic and automatic order modes
Pick one of the Sipariş modu buttons on the Hatlar page. Yarı otomatik leaves the order to you; Otomatik writes it with no human approval at all.
Order mode is set per line, in one place: the three-button group on the Hatlar row. Yarı otomatik is the default, where the bot writes but you approve each order. Because a line set to Otomatik sends its orders to the store with no human approval, the red panel makes you type the line name exactly. The Onaylı button cannot be selected on any account today.
Before you start
- Permission to change line configuration; the mode is stored on the line and visible to the whole team
- For Otomatik, the account-wide brake on unattended approval must be open, or the button stays grey and the server rejects the change
- For Otomatik, the line name typed exactly; a single wrong character keeps the confirm button locked
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Hatlar and find the line's Sipariş modu group
Open Hatlar (Lines) from the left menu. Look at the three buttons to the right of the line name: Onaylı, Yarı otomatik, Otomatik. The selected one sits on a white background.
Choose the mode, and type the line name for Otomatik
Press Yarı otomatik and it saves at once. Otomatik is different, and pressing it opens a red panel that asks for the line name, because this mode touches money. Type the name, then press Evet, otomatik yap.
Read the mode badge on the row
Once Otomatik is stored, a red "siparişler insansız Ticimax'a gider" badge appears on the row. While the account brake is closed you get the amber "genel fren kapalı — siparişler insana kalıyor" text instead.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- An unresponsive Otomatik button means the account-wide brake on unattended approval is closed. That setting sits above the line; ask the Chatinbox team to open it.
- The Onaylı button is disabled on purpose. Approving every single bot reply is not released yet, so Yarı otomatik is the tightest mode available today.
- After a "Mod kaydedilemedi" message the previous mode stays on screen. Do not press again blindly; read the button group on the row to see which mode is selected.
