View and delete uploaded documents
The Dökümanlar list shows the status, source and chunk count of every record. The bin icon removes a document with all of its chunks.
Every row carries a title, a status badge, a PDF or WEBSITE tag, a chunk count and the date it was added. Nothing here searches, filters by status or sorts. Records run newest first, 20 to a page, and the pager only shows up once you pass 20. Deleting takes the document with every chunk it produced, and you cannot undo it.
Before you start
- An account that can open Bilgi Bankası; deleting needs no separate admin role.
- At least one uploaded document; an empty list reads Henüz doküman yüklenmemiş.
- The full name of the record you mean to delete, because row titles are cut to one line.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Dökümanlar list and refresh it
Open Bilgi Bankası from the left menu and stay on the Dökümanlar tab. Press the refresh icon at the top right of the panel. The figure in brackets on the panel heading, such as Dokümanlar (12), is how many documents are stored right now.
Identify the row, then press the bin icon
Read the title, the PDF or WEBSITE tag and the date together, because the date is often the only thing separating similar names. Press the bin icon on that row. The browser then asks: Bu doküman ve tüm parçaları silinsin mi? Confirm it. Past 20 records, reach the right page with Önceki and Sonraki.
Confirm the row is gone and the counter dropped
The list reloads once the delete finishes. The row should disappear and the total in the panel heading should fall by one. An unchanged total means the delete did not go through, so read the text in the red bar above the list.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- Doküman silinemedi or Dokümanlar yüklenemedi in the red bar: refresh once. If it keeps coming back, send the exact bar text to support.
- A bar reading only HTTP 401 means your session expired or your account is not tied to this company. Sign out and sign in again.
- Deleting the wrong record cannot be reversed, and its chunks go with it. Upload the file again to restore the content.
