Map phone and other columns to Chatinbox fields
At wizard step 2, connect your number column to the Telefon field. Map Ad, Soyad, E-posta and Alan-1 to Alan-5 only when you need them.
Mapping ties the column names in your file to a fixed set of Chatinbox fields. Every field except the phone one is optional. When a header looks like telefon, gsm or cep, the wizard preselects that column, but the final call is yours. One source column cannot feed two fields.
Before you start
- The file must already be loaded at wizard step 1; the dropdowns list only that file’s column names.
- The Telefon field is required, and İlerle stays disabled until you map it.
- To carry names or e-mail addresses across, those columns have to exist in the file.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Upload the file and move to step 2, Eşleme & Seçenekler
Open Veri Yönetimi from the left menu and press Veri İçe Aktar on the Listeler tab. Upload the file, then press İlerle on wizard step 1. The Alan Eşleme heading appears on the left, with one dropdown per field.
Map Telefon first, then the optional fields
Pick your number column in the Telefon dropdown. A column headed telefon, gsm or cep arrives preselected; change it if the guess is wrong. Then fill Ad, Soyad, E-posta, Etiketler (virgüllü), Not and Alan-1 to Alan-5 as far as you need. Leave every unused field on “— Seç —”.
Watch the “Telefon alanı zorunlu” warning disappear
Once the phone column is mapped, the red warning clears and İlerle becomes clickable. If the button stays disabled, check two places: “Aynı kaynak kolon birden fazla alana eşlenemez” under the fields, and “Bir liste seçin veya yeni liste adı girin” in the right column.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If the wizard says the same source column cannot feed two fields, reset the extra field to “— Seç —”. İlerle unlocks immediately.
- A column missing from a dropdown is already mapped somewhere else. Clear that other field and the column comes back.
- If the dropdowns show data values instead of headers, the file has no header row. Add one to the source file and upload it again.
