Open Order Approvals
Go to Order Approvals from the main menu. Confirm that the selected record matches the task you are about to complete.
Review delivery and payment information
Review delivery name, phone, city, district and address. Then check the payment type and any payment note.
Check the result
Confirm there is no Missing delivery warning and payment details do not conflict with the conversation.
