Filter Order Approvals by date and expiry
Pick Bugün, Dün, Bu hafta or Tarih aralığı on the filter bar. Tick the expired box when you need those rows, then read what is left.
The page pulls the 100 newest requests, and the filter works only inside that window. Date buttons pick a day. Choosing a date range opens a start box and an end box. A separate checkbox brings expired records back. Treat any truncation warning as a sign the answer is short.
Before you start
- The order approvals page, opened from the Siparişler tab of Sohbet Gözetimi
- The Integrations feature active on your plan
- The record you want inside the 100 loaded requests
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the order approvals list
Switch to the Siparişler tab in Sohbet Gözetimi and press the button on the banner.
Choose a date button
Press Tümü, Bugün, Dün or Bu hafta.
Fill the boxes if you picked a range
The start and end date boxes open below the buttons.
Tick the expired-records box
The checkbox sits at the right of the filter bar.
Read how many records the filter hid
A line under the filter bar reports the count.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A truncation warning means older records were never loaded. Do not trust an empty day.
- If the order you want is missing, show expired records first, then set the date filter back to Tümü.
- "Bu filtreye uyan sipariş talebi yok." describes your selected range only.
- "Bekleyen sipariş talebi yok." says the whole list is empty; changing the filter will not help.
