Auto-layout a flow
The auto-layout button sits at the bottom right of the canvas. It stacks nodes into rows running down from the trigger and leaves every connection intact.
Run auto-layout instead of dragging nodes apart by hand. The button sits at the bottom right of the canvas, just above the zoom controls. Layout builds rows downward from the trigger node and spreads same-level steps side by side. Connections stay as they were.
Before you start
- A flow opened from the Flow Builder list by double-clicking its row
- At least two nodes on the canvas, since the button is hidden below that
- Permission to save the flow, so the new layout survives
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the flow in the editor
Open Flow Builder from the left menu. Double-click the flow row, or click the pencil button on that row.
Click the auto-layout button
Look at the bottom right of the canvas, above the zoom controls. Click the square icon; its tooltip reads "Otomatik Yerlesim (Ctrl+Z ile geri alinabilir)".
Check the new rows, then save
Confirm that nodes now run in rows down from the trigger. An amber dot appears next to the flow name; press Ctrl+S to save.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- No button means the flow still has a single node. Add the second one and it appears.
- Press Ctrl+Z to return to the old positions, and note that leaving without saving discards the layout too.
- A cluster parked in the bottom rows means nothing connects to those steps. Connect them, then run the layout again.
