Filter analysis by date, agent and line
Pick date, agent and line in the Conversation Analysis filter bar. Every choice reaches the server, so the cards and the table narrow together.
The filter bar sits above all three tabs. Date, agent and line choices go to the server. Card totals and table rows narrow together. The weekly trend strip does not follow the date choice; it always draws the last eight weeks.
Before you start
- Conversation analysis visible in the left menu
- At least one finished analysis run
- At least one analysed conversation on the line and agent you filter
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the conversation analysis screen
The section heading above it does not open anything.
Pick the date menu
The menu first opens on Son 7 Gün. It offers Tarih: Tümü, Bugün, Dün, Bu Hafta, Son 7 Gün and Bu Ay; pick Tarih: Tümü for older records.
Set the agent and line menus
Change one menu at a time, because the page refetches after every choice.
Look for the clear-filters link
It appears at the end of the bar whenever the selection differs from the default; Tarih: Tümü counts too. Clicking it returns the page to Son 7 Gün and open work, not to an empty filter.
Confirm cards and table narrow together
Reload the page if only one of them moves.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- If the table returns nothing, loosen a filter or tick the completed-records box.
- The default view lists only the open work of the last 7 days; pick Tarih: Tümü for older records.
- On code INV-AS-001 press retry; pass the exact message on if it keeps failing.
- The weekly trend strip ignoring your date choice is not a fault; it follows agent and line only.
