Read Conversation Supervision summary cards
Four cards at the top report the current load as numbers. The cards only count; the tab strip above them, not a card, switches the list.
The cards answer how much is waiting before you open any tab. A small line under each number says what that number counts. A dash means the value never arrived. A plus sign means the number is a floor, not a total. The badge in the top right marks when the data was pulled.
Before you start
- Conversation Supervision enabled for your account
- A working order service, or the orders card shows a dash
- Measurement started; the queue fills forward, not backward
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the Conversation Supervision screen
Open it from the left menu; data refreshes every 30 seconds.
Read the four cards left to right
They cover attention waiting, bot replies today, orders and resolved.
Read the small line under each number
The attention card, for example, splits its number into new and seen.
Check the time on the live badge
A time that will not move after a refresh means the round never finished.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A dash instead of a number means the data never arrived. Press refresh and watch the badge time move.
- If the orders card reports the service is not responding, only that number is missing.
- You can count orders through the order approvals link on the Siparişler tab.
- A number written as 12+ means the list hit its limit. Open that tab and read the warning band.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
