Edit the general runtime settings of a flow
The Flow Ayarları window holds the flow description, the off-hours and unknown-input replies and the loop limit. The toolbar save button stores them.
These values belong to the open flow only. The window holds four fields: Flow Açıklaması, Mesai Dışı Mesajı, Bilinmeyen Girdi Mesajı and Maks. Döngü Sayısı. It has no save button of its own. The toolbar save button writes them. The same window also holds the Akışı Doğrula button.
Before you start
- A flow open in the editor and permission to save it
- Çalışma Saatleri filled in, for Mesai Dışı Mesajı
- Limit: Maks. Döngü Sayısı 1-100
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Press the gear button in the editor
The button at the right of the toolbar opens the Flow Ayarları window.
Write the two reply texts
Fill in Mesai Dışı Mesajı and Bilinmeyen Girdi Mesajı.
Enter the loop limit
In Maks. Döngü Sayısı, type the most times one step may repeat.
Close the window
An amber dot appears next to the flow name, marking unsaved work.
Save and watch the version rise
Press Ctrl+S; the dot disappears and the v number goes up by one.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The window has no save button. Choose Kaydet ve Çık in the dialog if you leave without saving.
- If the Mesai Dışı Mesajı hint says working hours are not defined, fill in the Çalışma Saatleri tab first.
- If Akışı Doğrula lists errors, the flow cannot be activated. Find the named node on the canvas.
- When one step repeats more than Maks. Döngü Sayısı allows, the flow ends with an error in that conversation.
- The Handoff Güven Eşiği and Session Zaman Aşımı fields from older screens are gone from the window. A flow built in the editor never reads those two values. The intent threshold comes from the Güven Eşiği slider on the Intent Algılama node.
