Edit the general runtime settings of a flow
The Flow Ayarları window holds the flow description, the off-hours and unknown-input replies, the session timeout and the loop limit.
These values belong to the open flow only. The window has no save button of its own. The toolbar save button writes them. The same window also runs the flow validation.
Before you start
- A flow open in the editor and permission to save it
- Working hours filled in, for the outside-hours message
- Limits: session timeout 1-1440 minutes, loop count 1-100
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Press the gear button in the editor
The button at the right of the toolbar opens the flow settings window.
Write the two reply texts
Fill in the outside-hours message and the unknown-input message.
Enter the runtime limits
Set the session timeout, the maximum loop count and the handoff confidence threshold.
Close the window
An amber dot appears next to the flow name, marking unsaved work.
Save and watch the version rise
Press Ctrl+S; the dot disappears and the v number goes up by one.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- The window has no save button. Choose save and exit in the dialog if you leave without saving.
- If the hint says working hours are not defined, fill in the working hours tab first.
- A flow with validation errors cannot be activated. Find the named node on the canvas.
- The handoff threshold runs from 0 to 1, and a lower number hands more conversations to an agent.
