Test a flow in the conversation simulator
Talk to your flow inside the Flow Testi window. The simulator runs the flow saved on the server, and nothing you type reaches a WhatsApp line.
In this window you talk to the flow as if you were the customer. The debug column names the node that is running. It also lists the path the run took and the variables it filled. You cannot test unsaved work, because the simulator reads the saved flow. The amber note under the header says it: "Flow Testi'nde SSS Arama ve Niyet Algılama, Bilgi Bankanızı değil anahtar kelimeli örnekleri kullanır; bu cevaplar “Örnek cevap” diye başlar." So the FAQ Arama and Intent Algılama nodes work from keyword samples here, not from your Bilgi Bankası. FAQ Arama answers start with "Örnek cevap:"; Intent Algılama picks a branch by matching words. A message you split with a blank line arrives here as separate bubbles too. Real answers appear only in an active flow, and an active flow runs for every customer who writes to your line.
Before you start
- A Flow Builder entry in the left menu
- A saved flow: the amber dot next to the name must be gone; after an AI change no dot appears, so press Ctrl+S anyway
- A start node on the canvas
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the flow in the editor
Double-click the row in the Flow Builder list, or press the pencil button.
Press the green play button
It sits at the right of the toolbar and opens the Flow Testi window.
Send a first customer line
Type the sentence a customer would send, then click one of the menu options.
Open the debug column
If the debug column is closed, press the sliders button titled Hata ayıklamayı göster in the window header. Read the Aktif Node line in the column. In the Değişkenler list, __phone, __chat_id, __instance_id and __timestamp carry sample values. __customer_name reads Örnek Müşteri here and stays empty in live chats.
Compare the run path with what you expected
The list should follow the nodes you expect and end at Akış tamamlandı.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A banner asking you to save first means unsaved work. Press Ctrl+S; the window runs only what the server holds.
- "Simülasyon başlatılamadı" usually reports a missing start node.
- Add the node, save, then press Yeniden dene.
- A session idle for half an hour expires. Press Yeniden başlat for a clean one.
- An answer that starts with "Örnek cevap:" came from the sample list, not from your Bilgi Bankası. You see the answer from your own records only in an active flow, in a real conversation.
