Test a flow in the conversation simulator
Talk to your flow inside the Flow Testi window. The simulator runs the flow saved on the server, and nothing you type reaches a WhatsApp line.
The window answers you like a customer would. The debug column names the node that is running. It also lists the path the run took and the variables it filled. You cannot test unsaved work, because the simulator reads the saved flow.
Before you start
- A Flow Builder entry in the left menu
- A saved flow: the amber dot next to the name must be gone
- A start node on the canvas
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the flow in the editor
Double-click the row in the Flow Builder list, or press the pencil button.
Press the green play button
It sits at the right of the toolbar and opens the Flow Testi window.
Send a first customer line
Type the sentence a customer would send, then click one of the menu options.
Open the debug column
Press the chart button in the window header and read the active node line.
Compare the run path with what you expected
The list should follow the nodes you expect and end at Akış tamamlandı.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- A banner asking you to save first means unsaved work. Press Ctrl+S; the window runs only what the server holds.
- "Simülasyon başlatılamadı" usually reports a missing start node.
- Add the node, save, then press Yeniden dene.
- A session idle for half an hour expires. Press Yeniden başlat for a clean one.
