Filter Flow İzleme by flow, status, date and phone
The Flow İzleme top bar carries four filters: flow, status, date range and phone search. All four narrow the Son Yürütmeler list at the same time.
The filter bar runs across the top of the screen and its four fields work together. The flow menu opens with Tum Flow'lar. The status menu offers Çalışıyor, Tamamlandı, Hata, Devredildi and Bekliyor, and the phone box applies half a second after you type. The record count in the top right updates after every choice.
Before you start
- The Flow İzleme item visible in the left menu.
- A session tied to a company; otherwise the page is replaced by Tenant bilgisi bulunamadı.
- At least one execution record to filter; on an empty list no filter shows any effect.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Flow İzleme
Pick Flow İzleme in the left menu. Look at the filter bar on top and the Son Yürütmeler list on the left.
Narrow the four filters in order
Choose the flow, then the status. Set the range in the two date boxes; the end date cannot go past today. Type part of the number in the phone box.
Watch the record count drop
Read the record count in the top right corner. Every row badge in the list should match the status you picked.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- An empty flow menu means the flow list never arrived; nothing is written on screen, so reload the page.
- Henüz yürütme kaydı yok means the filters are too tight; widen the date range or set the status back to Tüm Durumlar.
- A red strip reading INV-AT-049 Monitor verileri yüklenemedi means the list did not load; press Yenile in the top right.
