Create a multi-city campaign
On the Multi-City Campaign Config page, add a campaign card, enter a slug, a name and a date range, then define at least one city.
The campaign record feeds fields such as {{campaign.cities_human}} into your flow messages. A new card asks for a slug, a name and a date range, and the city list cannot stay empty. One tenant holds eight campaigns at most. Kaydet writes every card in a single request.
Before you start
- A signed-in tenant account; the card links stay hidden without a session.
- A unique campaign slug: lowercase start, [a-z0-9_-], 2 to 64 characters. primary, system, default and all are reserved.
- A start date and an end date, with the end never earlier than the start.
- At least one city to run in, with a slug and a display name.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the campaign page
Open Ayarlar from the left menu. Scroll down the Temel Bilgiler tab and click the "Multi-City Campaign Config" card.
Fill in the new campaign card
Press "+ Kampanya Ekle"; the counter shows the limit of eight campaigns. Fill in Slug and Ad, then pick Başlangıç and Bitiş. The "Aktif" checkbox stops any send outside that date window. Add at least one city slug and name in the Şehirler block.
Check the card number and the save time
Press Kaydet. The card header shows a number such as "Kampanya 1", and "Kaydedildi: <time>" appears next to the button. The "Son güncelleme" line at the top refreshes as well.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- "Slug geçersiz" or "Slug ... sistem rezerv kelimesi" means the name breaks the rules. Start it with a lowercase letter and avoid primary, system, default and all.
- "Kampanyada en az bir şehir olmalı" and "end_date start_date'ten önce olamaz" stop the whole save, not just one card. Fix the card marked in red and press Kaydet again.
- A greyed-out "+ Kampanya Ekle" means you reached eight campaigns. Delete a finished one with the × in the top-right corner of its card.
