Download the send report as CSV
The CSV button downloads every row matching the run, status and phone filter rather than the visible page, into a file named rapor_project.csv.
The download is not limited to the page on screen. Every row that matches the active filter comes out, up to a ceiling of 5000 rows. The columns are fixed: Numara, Durum, Hata, Gönderim, İletildi, Okundu, Son Deneme, Mesaj ID. Excel opens it with Turkish letters intact.
Before you start
- At least one row in the table; the CSV button is disabled on an empty list.
- The filter set the way you want it before downloading — run, status and phone choices carry into the file.
- A spreadsheet program to open it, since the output is plain comma-separated text.
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open the report and set the scope
Click the chart icon on the project row in Projeler. Set the run, status and phone filters to the scope you want.
Press the CSV button
Click “CSV” in the filter bar. The button turns into a spinner while the rows are collected in one pass. The browser then starts the download on its own.
Compare the file name and the row count
The downloaded file name starts with rapor_ and carries the project name. Ignore the header line, and the row count should match the “Toplam” figure at the bottom of the drawer.
Result checkIf it did not work
Check these
- “CSV dışa aktarılamadı” means the export stopped halfway. Narrow the scope with the status filter and try again.
- Anything past 5000 matching rows is cut off. Export the runs one at a time from the run selector.
- A CSV button that does not respond means the list is empty. Set the status selector to “Tüm durumlar” and look again.
