Set closed days in working hours
Press a day button in the Closed Days row on the Working Hours tab. A day turned red sends the out-of-hours message all day long.
The Closed Days row shows seven day buttons. Press a day to turn the button red, and press it once more to clear the mark. A closed day ignores the hour range. The out-of-hours reply then covers the whole day.
Before you start
- A panel session signed in with a company account; the Working Hours tab is hidden in ops mode
- A decision on which weekdays you never work
- The Start Time and End Time values in the same form; closed days are stored together with them
Step by step
These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.
Open Settings > Working Hours
Go to Settings from the left menu. Switch to the Working Hours tab and find the Closed Days heading. Seven day buttons sit underneath.
Press the button for each closed day
Click every day you stay shut. Saturday and Sunday arrive closed already, so clear them if you do work weekends. Then press Save.
Confirm the red days survive the save
Wait for the green save notice. Reload the page, go back to the tab and check that the same days still come back red. A grey day never closed.

Check these
- A day can look red and still be lost if you never pressed Save. Save before you leave the page.
- When a "Working hours could not be saved" error appears, the selection lives only on screen. Read the message and press Save again.
- You cannot add a single date for a one-off holiday; this screen only stores weekday choices. Mark that weekday closed for the week, then clear it once the holiday passes.
Does this step look different in your panel?
We can review the screen and exact error text together.
