Prepare a template containing an image or document

A template with an image, video or document header opens a media field in the project dialog, where you enter a public address that opens the file directly.

Short answer

Picking a media-header template adds a Medya field under the mapping rows. The project will not save while that field is empty. The panel takes an address, not a file upload. Önizleme never renders the file itself. After a test send, check on the phone that the file opens; the real send accepts only addresses that start with https://.

Step by step

These screens sit inside the Intent AI section. Sign in, open Intent AI; the menu names below are in that section's left menu.

Select the media-header template

Choose the line in the project dialog, then pick the template from Onaylı Şablon.

Look at the grey band in Önizleme

A header label such as Görsel başlık (image header) replaces the header text.

Enter the media address

Paste the public address of the file into the field starting with Medya.

Verify the address in a separate tab

Open that same address in your browser and confirm the file loads.

Confirm the file opens in the test message

Press Test Gönder for your own number, then open the file in WhatsApp.

Result check

If it did not work

Check these

A save that asks for a media address means the field is empty or holds only spaces.
If the test reports a failed send, click the error card beside the red line.
An address behind a login, or a file type that does not match the template, stops the send here.
Önizleme never shows the picture itself; the grey label band is normal.
If sending reports “INV-OB-082: Şablonun başlık medyası için geçerli bir https URL eşlemesi gerekli.”, there is no valid https:// address for the header media: the field may be empty, the address invalid, or it may start with http://. A test may pass with an http:// address, but the real send refuses it; correct the address and save.
