A three-step daily review
Start with All
All shows conversations for the selected channel in one list. Use it to see the general volume at the start of the day.
Open Unread
Separate new messages that have not been handled. The view does not reply for you; the team still decides which conversation to open first.

Do
- Review the general list, then new and transferred conversations
- Add a channel, tag or user filter if needed
- Open the filtered conversation and review it as an agent
Don't
- Treat a filter as an automatic reply or resolution
- Look for prototype names that are missing from the live panel
- Treat the Tasks view as proof that a reminder was created
